Eliza came Friday morning, with Lars, to be a bridesmaid for Katie and Roger's wedding Saturday. I didn't think to snap a photo while it was still light, so this one is pretty poor quality - you will just have to take my word for it that Katie was a beautiful bride!
Lucky for us Lars does not feel "stranger danger" yet, so we were able to have some fun times with him. Even at 5 a.m!!
We did snap a shot of Eliza coming down the "aisle" - she was the "lead runner" as they say! (The rest of the time she said it was her job to keep the flower girl "in line!" All went well.)
As you can tell, the venue was the Monrovia Historical Museum - aka "the plunge" from days of yore when we first came to Monrovia and lived on Lime. And Market Grill catered the dinner - it doesn't get much better than that!!
We enjoyed the wedding festivities - we were at a table with Mandy and her husband and the McClures - so there was lots of good conversation. We even danced a time or two!
And it was great to see Eliza and Lars, even for a brief time.
Kudos to Dawn for babysitting Lars while we were at the wedding.
