"O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree . . ."

Traditionally, the Terrills on Primrose don't get their tree up until almost Christmas - and then they leave it up past New Year's.  But this year, we got it up on the 14th!!  Harry wrapped it in lights, and it looked lovely that way - we left it undecorated for a few days, but succumbed tonight and trimmed it with the crazy collection of ornaments that mean Christmas is here - complete with the toilet paper roll angel on the top,  the Norwegian Wedding Spoons,  Yulenessers, golden walnuts, and Noah's Primary contributions.

I guess I'd better get to work on the gifts that should go under it now!!

Hopefully the 80 degree weather will abate - I think it's drying for the tree!!

It's beginning to look a lot like...well, you know.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas . . ."

Well, this is funny on several counts - one, it doesn't snow here for Christmas, and two, this photo was taken April 12, 1974.

But it does make me feel festive!!

And I want to let everyone know that the Terrill Family Christmas Party will be held Sunday, December 27th at the Lemon Building - like last year. 5 p.m. or thereabouts.

We will be glad to see all who can come!

Survey says....

A snow day is more fun than Primary.

I realize that it may seem irreverent, but snow days are pretty infrequent around here. Everyone went out to enjoy the event.

And we were forced to eat all of the treats that David had made for his Sunday School class. I consider it blessings for being prepared.
